Terms of Use
Effective and last updated September 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of entimer (the “app”), provided by Nozomi Shimada (the “developer”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. About the app
The app helps you manage routines, goals, plans, timers, and activity history. It does not replace professional judgment concerning medicine, health, safety, work outcomes, or other specialist matters.
2. Requirements and data management
The app requires a supported Apple device and operating system. You are responsible for managing your device, OS, connectivity, notification, HealthKit, and other settings. Back up important routines and history yourself, using the app’s export feature or another appropriate method.
3. entimer Plus
The app offers entimer Plus features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, subscription periods, and available features are shown on the purchase screen.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- The renewal charge is billed to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings or the App Store.
- Refund eligibility and procedures are subject to Apple’s terms and decisions.
4. Prohibited activities
You must not violate laws, infringe third-party rights, gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems, analyze, modify, or redistribute the app, interfere with its operation, or engage in other conduct the developer considers inappropriate, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the app’s software, design, text, images, and other content belong to the developer or their lawful owners. You retain the rights to content you enter into the app.
6. Changes, interruptions, and discontinuation
The developer may change features or conditions of service, or temporarily suspend or discontinue the app, for quality improvements, maintenance, legal compliance, or other reasonable grounds. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the app where possible.
7. Warranties and liability
The developer does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete preservation of data. The developer is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, except in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Relationship with Apple
Apple’s Media Services Terms and the applicable standard End User License Agreement also apply to obtaining, purchasing, and using the app. If these terms conflict with Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms take precedence for services Apple provides or processes.
9. Changes to these terms
The developer may revise these terms as necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page or at another specified time.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes concerning the app are subject to the courts specified by applicable law or a court in Japan agreed upon by the parties.
