Nozomi Shimada (the “developer”) handles information about users of entimer, including its iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and widgets (the “app”), as described below.
1. Information collected by the developer
The app does not send personal information, location, contacts, usage history, or diagnostic information to servers managed by the developer. The free version displays ads using Google Mobile Ads. Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP addresses, and information about ad impressions and interactions to deliver and measure ads. You can change ad privacy settings in the app’s Settings.
2. Information stored on your device
Routines, steps, goals, plans, timer history, app settings, and active timer information are stored on your device or in the app’s shared App Group storage. Widgets use this information as needed for display.
3. Apple Watch integration
The app uses WatchConnectivity to sync routines, timer state, and results between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch. This information is not sent to the developer’s servers.
4. HealthKit
Workouts or mindful time are saved to Health only when you select HealthKit recording on Apple Watch and grant permission through Apple’s authorization screen. The app does not read health data from HealthKit. HealthKit information is not used for advertising, marketing, sharing with third parties, or user analytics by the developer.
5. Notifications, speech, and device features
With your permission, the app uses local notifications for plans, iPhone timer completion, and phase transitions and completion during standalone Apple Watch timers. Voice guidance uses Apple’s on-device speech synthesis. The app does not record microphone audio.
6. Purchases
entimer Plus purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. The app receives product information and active entitlements from Apple to verify purchase status. It does not obtain or store payment details such as credit card numbers.
7. Export and import
You can export and import routines, history, plans, goals, timer settings, themes, and active timers as JSON files. Files you export are subject to the terms and privacy policy of the service you choose to store them with.
8. Legal and support website
This website is served using Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process IP addresses, access times, browser information, and similar information to provide the site, maintain security, and prevent abuse. This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or other custom tracking. For advertising services, see Google’s partner-site policies.
9. Managing your data
You can edit and delete device data using the app. Deleting the app normally also deletes its local data. Records saved to HealthKit remain in Apple Health and can be managed there.
10. Children’s privacy
The app does not provide a mechanism for the developer to collect personal information. Users below the age at which parental consent is required should review this policy with a parent or guardian.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when features or applicable laws change. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
12. Contact
